Key Responsibilities
Welcome to the core of what being a Learning and Development Manager is all about!
Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:
· To be responsible for hotel general training andactivity and build and maintain the hotel training system.
· To assist Director of People & Culture tocreate a proactive working atmosphere that align with THE WAY WE WORK in the department.
· To assist Director of People & Culture to establishteam members’ individual development plan based on the performance review andarrange corresponding training.
· To cooperate with all training and activity planset by CSO, to coordinate with the progress of the training schedule, to manageand supervise all department trainers to conduct trainings and achieve traininggoals.
Requirements

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
· At least 3 years working experience of a similarposition.
· Fluent in both spoken and written English.
· Excellent in communication and organizationalskills.
· Excellent in Word, Excel, Power Point.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Eager to learn and share.
· Be open-minded and creative.
The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):
· Has experience of independently designing anddeveloping training courses.
· Has experience of organizing medium-scaled orlarge-scaled team member activities.
