Responsibilities:
• Maintains par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies as required
• Assists to Assistant manager to manage team members
• Presents menu, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to restaurant guests
• Checks bills and payments
Requirements :
• Hospitality education background, with wine and beverage qualifications preferred
• 3+ years of experience in fine dining restaurant, 5-star luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant preferred
• Passionate in haute cuisine with good understanding of ingredients and wine
• Experienced in operating fine dining and wine services SOP, completing opening and closing side work, presenting menus, dishes and beverages, coordinating food timing and delivery to guests in timely and graceful manner, building customer relations, handling transactions and POS system
• A pleasant and presentable communicator with hands-on approach to serve discerning guests and support the entire team with care, passion and professionalism
• A good team player who is willing to learn and adapt into the company culture, as a brand ambassador
• Able to work under pressure while have empathy for your fellow colleagues
• Pride and attention to details with the finest personal presentation
• Good command of English is essential, excellent interpersonal skills
