Liaise with owning company for any lead referral to the Hotel,
including Rooms, Banquet, F&B and Spa

Assist lead receiving departments, if required, in qualifying and
follow up on new business opportunities

On-site
coordination on any VIP visits from owner’s office

Marketing :
市场推广
Coordination with various business units of
CCP (apartment, office tower, SKP) on any marketing opportunities,
including but not limited to social media channel, display advertising,
tenant activities etc
与北京华贸中心的各种业务单位(公寓、办公大楼、SKP)进行协调用来获得推广酒店的机会,包括但不限于社交媒体渠道、展示广告、租户活动等。
Identify
partnership opportunities with CCP and SKP

Prepare periodic reports

Assist DOSM in
preparing periodic reports for record of various activities and analysis.
