PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责 Recruitment & Employment 招聘及雇佣· Draft and place recruitment advertisements on newspapers, websites and magazines起草招聘广告,刊登在报纸、网站和杂志上· Prepare reports with statistics on all advertisements results and effectiveness统计所有招聘广告的结果及成效并制作相关报告· Assist Human Resources Manager to do recruitment market survey according to time frame协助人力资源经理定期进行招聘市场调查· Ensure the vacancies are internally posted on colleagues notice boards and through internal email system确保空缺职位信息在员工布告栏及内部电子邮件系统的发布· Responsible for initial resume screening负责简历的初步筛选· Arrange, schedule and co-ordinate all interviews安排、预订及协调所有面试· Prepare weekly or monthly recruitment report制作每周或每月招聘情况报告· Prepare and send regret letters according to time frame set按照规定的时限向求职申请人发送拒信· Maintain “Candidate Inventory”管理人才库· Prepare all offer letters and employment contracts制作所有聘用信及雇佣合同· Responsible for all reference checking of new colleagues负责所有新员工背景调查事宜· Prepare welcome kits for new colleagues of check-in procedure为新员工准备入职欢迎锦囊REQUIREMENTS 职位要求 Education 教育程度Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in Hotel Management / Secretarial Study / Administration / Management Study酒店管理、秘书、行政或管理学专业证书或文凭学历Other related discipline其他相关专业学历Job Skill / Knowledge 职业技能/知识Able to draft and process recruitment advertisements起草刊登招聘广告的能力Basic interviewing skills基本的面试技巧Bi-lingual translation ability双语翻译能力Excellent and accurate typing优秀精确的打字技能Familiar with filing system熟悉文件存档系统 Computer Knowledge 电脑知识Excellent knowledge of all MS office software: Word, Excel, Power point良好的办公自动化软件知识:Word, Excel, Power point Language Proficiency 语言能力Excellent command of English and Mandarin精通英语和普通话
