Purpose of the JobThis position will be based at Shanghai. Give strategy recommendation and guideline to on-site team, maximize revenue of CM Joyview resorts and reach budget.Responsibilities1. Support RMP VP on Joyview RM strategy definition, guideline, process and working methodology proposal:- Work closely with RMP VP to define the RMP strategy and direction- Support RMP VP, define the working process and give guideline to onsite team on RMP related topics- Be a force of proposal on working methodology on pricing proposal, optimization, group quotation etc.. to guide onsite RM team2. Monitor business performance and support on-site RM manager to use all available and relevant RM levers in order to optimize revenue:- Support the on-site RM team, define RM strategy of each Joyview resort and well design the RM actions - Actively lead & contribute to the weekly / bi-weekly/monthly business review meetings with R&O alert, RMP recommendation, action proposal.- Closely monitor the sales trend and give guideline / proposal / alert to onsite team on RM levels adjustment to optimize revenue or fluidity sales- Animate weekly catchup with RMP Interface team and ensure efficient coordination on all RMP levers.3. Collaborate with Joyview Commercial team on promotion strategy and implementation:- Ensure smooth communication with Joyview commercial team, understand well the marketing animation plan- Based on marketing animation plan and budget target, work out the promo strategy with RMP VP and commercial team- Review the promo requests and give RMP recommendation / validation4. Be key contributor of the PMS project: needs assessment, system design, process definition and implementation:- Participate in the diagnosis with inputs on RMP function needs and reservation flows- Play an important role in defining the system algothium, calculation, data flow- Support project lead on specification writing, mock up design, process definition - Active involvement in the test and implementation5. Support RMP VP in ad-hoc analysis and involve in projects related to Joyview - Support RMP VP on adhoc analysis for Joyview development- Actively involve in different projects (tool / processes) related to Joyview development, to standardize the working process- As the reference on RMP topics, work together with commercial, operation and onsite team to give proposal on improvement and gain efficiency- Liaise with other departments and headquarter to get relevant support on tools /system improvements / process implementationProfile & Skills Requirement - Education: Bachelor degree or above- Minimum 3 years working experience in Revenue Management role- Knowledge of Revenue Management, Pricing, Hotel reservation process- Strong analytical background, comfortable with figures, solution oriented, good communication skills, multi-task, ability to work under pressure, resilience, team player- Multicultural, Leadership, Adaptability, Curious, Proactive- Intermediate/Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint and experience in using PMS, RMS system- Chinese & English mandatory, other languages a plus
