职位描述：协助防损部经理来管理部门的日常事务以确保酒店财产、员工及客人的财产免受损失。保存具有法律效力和与政策与程序相关的记录、证明及文件资料。 任职资格：1.在国际联号高星级酒店或本地酒店有2-5年同岗位经验和任职记录或防损部主管任职记录，万豪酒店工作经验优先考虑。2.较强的安保部系统知识并熟悉消防等各类地方法规。3.持有中级消防设施操作员资格证。

【岗位职责】 1、保证酒店内所有人员的人身安全和财产安全，确保酒店安全的经营环境。 2、遵循所有安全政策和方针，确保每位保安人员明确其工作职责。 3、做好酒店员工的安全培训。 4、巡视所有区域并做好详细记录，避免安全事故发生。 5、健全安全和消防条例；完成材料的收集和档案整理工作。 6、对安全消防各类设施、设备、器材等进行检查、维护、保养。 7、配合当地公安部门的工作，一旦发生问题要协助调查。 【岗位要求】 1、有同档酒店保安工作1年以上经验，接受过酒店保安培训，有一定的管理经验。 2、熟悉有关安全保卫工作知识，有较强理解与判断能力，头脑清醒，办事敏捷，具有语言组织能力，善表达。

保护酒店，客人及员工的财产安全，使其免遭破坏、偷窃及任何犯罪行为。 To safe guard the hotel,guest and associates’ property from vandalism, theft and any kind ofcrime. 帮助并为客人引路。 To be helpful to guests orpatrons to the various outlets or functions. 确保员工按照酒店政策和程序上下班打卡。 To ensure that associatespunch in / out and following established policy and procedures of the hotel. 监测和控制所有员工、访客和承包商从员工通道进出酒店。 To monitor and to controlthe movement of all associates, visitors and contractors leaving or enteringthe hotel through the staff entrance. 以机智、谨慎、高效的策略处理各项工作。 To handle all tasks withdiplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion and efficiency. 按照公司规定的政策和程序，协助检查员工所携带的包裹/物物品及更衣柜。 To assist in searches ofstaff baggage / belongings and lockers according to specified policy andprocedures. 严格记录和控制从员工入口及卸货处进出的访客所携带的物品。 To record and to controlall visitors’ belongings / items when entering and leaving thehotel premises through the associate entrance or loading dock. 确保无障碍物阻塞车道，交通顺畅。 To ensure the forecourtdriveway is free of obstruction and the traffic flow are smooth at all times. 当职期间，确保所有活动和各项功能正常运行。 To ensure to check allcurrent events, activities and functions at the time of the duty. 在巡逻责任区域，确保客人安全和舒适。 To patrol the areas ofresponsibility and to ensure the safety and comfort of the guest. 确保安全逃生门无异常情况。 To ensure that theemergency escapes doors are secured. 确保无闲杂人员进入行李客房，消防出口，礼宾部和宴会厅。 To ensure that nounauthorized persons stray into luggage rooms, fire exits, bell counter orfunction rooms. 【任职要求】 1.退伍军人优先考虑 2.处事迅速，果断、准确 3.具有较好的协调能力，具备一定安全保卫知识
