工作职责 1. 负责核桃加工工厂核心生产设备（如剥壳机、筛选机、烘干设备等）的日常巡检、预防性维护及故障快速修复，保障生产线稳定运行。 2. 建立设备维护台账，跟踪关键设备的运行数据，分析设备损耗规律，制定针对性的保养计划并推动执行。 3. 协助优化设备操作流程与安全规范，参与新设备的选型评估、安装调试及验收工作，确保设备适配生产需求。 4. 联动生产团队解决设备运行中的技术问题，提出设备性能优化方案，降低停机率与生产成本。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业。 2. 掌握机械设备基础原理，熟悉食品加工类设备的结构、液压/电气系统及传动逻辑。 3. 具备较强的动手能力与故障分析能力，能独立完成设备拆解、维修与调试工作。 4. 了解食品行业生产安全规范，持有特种设备操作或维修相关证书者优先。 5. 具备良好的学习能力与跨部门协作意识，能适应工厂现场的工作环境。

任职要求： 1.年龄25-40周岁，大专及以上学历，机电、电气、自动化等相关专业优先； 2.2年以上设备运维工作经验，具备电工证、焊工证等相关操作证书者优先； 3.熟悉电气、机械原理，能独立完成设备故障排查与维修，掌握各类游乐设施、暖通设备、电器设备的维护技巧； 4.责任心强，动手能力强，抗压能力强，能适应24小时待命（含夜班）； 5.具备良好的沟通协调能力，有温泉酒店或大型游乐场所设备运维经验者优先。
