主要工作： 1. 为客人指路。 2. 散客行李接送服务。 3. 团队行李接送服务、资料派发服务。 4. 行李寄存、物品邮寄、留言、车辆出租服务。 5. 有关商旅活动的委托代办服务。 6. 确保前厅整洁的风格，并且确保提醒进入大堂区域客人禁止吸烟。 7. 礼貌问候、微笑，为每一位到店客人提供热心服务。 8. 在工作期间应随时注意门前的动态，向在店、离店宾客问好致意，并为到店车辆开启车门，详细记录出租车的车号。 9. 详细了解本省，本市旅游知识和交通知识，正确回答客人有关日常事宜及周边情况的的询问。 10. 雨雪天提供雨具和雨伞寄存服务。 11. 确保客人的邮件、快递传递准确及时。 12. 协助维护大厅门前区域交通顺畅、卫生环境。 13. 宾客离店时帮助宾客提行李上车，开车门时让宾客坐好后，轻关车门并躬身致意，关车门时不要让车门夹住宾客的衣裙及物件，车辆开动后向宾客挥手致意。 14. 观察出入门厅人员动向，做好防爆、防窃工作，并协助安保人员做好宾客抵离时的保卫工作。 15. 每班次维护好礼宾部的设施设备，保持良好的工作状态。 16.完成上级交办的任务。

【岗位职责】 1、负责为抵店及离店客人提供行李搬运、寄存、提取服务，确保行李安全无损坏。 2、协助客人办理入住及退房手续，引导客人至客房，并简要介绍酒店设施及服务。 3、负责酒店大堂门口车辆引导及秩序维护，协助出租车、网约车乘客装卸行李。 4、保持大堂、行李寄存区及工作区域的整洁有序，及时整理行李车、雨伞架等公区物品。 5、配合前台完成邮件、包裹、留言等物品的接收与递送，确保及时准确。 6、掌握酒店周边交通、景点、餐饮等资讯，主动为客人提供问询、指引及个性化建议。 【岗位要求】 1、年龄、学历、工作经验不限，酒店管理、旅游服务相关专业优先。 2、形象端正，身体健康，能适应站立工作及行李搬运体力要求。 3、具备良好的服务意识及沟通能力，性格开朗，主动热情，有团队合作精神。 4、工作认真细致，有责任心，能承受一定工作压力，适应轮班制。 5、普通话标准，具备基础英语交流能力者优先考虑。
