岗位职责1.负责宾客游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态,发现溺水者要迅速处理,做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告。2.认真做好每天的清场工作。3.负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生。4.上班集中精神,不得与无关人员闲谈,救生台不得空岗,无关人员不得进入池面。5.勤在泳池边观察。注意游泳者的动向,防止发生意外,保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导。6.定时检查更衣室,杜绝隐患。岗位要求1. 大专以上学历,或相关院校毕业生。2. 熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术,懂得游泳卫生消毒知识,取得白卡以上救生证书。3. 能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。4. 有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。
