岗位职责1.负责定期调查宾客对健身房所安排健身课程的满意度,并以报告的形式上交部门领导。2.合理安排并协调所有教练的工作班次与休息日。3.根据宾客意见与健身计划,协调私人教练做好课程安排。4.对于所有新员工进行初步的专业培训。5.依据酒店和部门的相关规章制度,协助领导管理健身房的员工。6.制定并改进合理的健身房工作项目。7.召集本部员工开会,传达酒店政策规定和领导的指导意见。岗位要求1. 持有国家颁发的相关职业证书,例如体式能证书,专业营养师证书或中、高级私人教练证书;专业院校毕业者优先。相关工作经验2年以上。2. 良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力,服务意识及管理能力。3. 掌握和讲解健身器材操作规程,善于引导宾客参加健身运动。4. 有较好的语言沟通能力,仪容整洁,精神饱满,身体健康。
