Set up the sales goal.分析市场动向、特点和发展趋势,设立市场目标。3.Develop new customers, expand the source channel, constantly improve the service according to the market changes.开发新客户,拓展客源渠道,根据市场变化不断改进服务工作。4.Keep good relations with social media, network media, etc., make sure to achieve hotel publicity goal.与社交媒体、网络媒体等保持良好合作关系,以达到酒店经营的宣传目标5.Responsible for project feasibility than phase of market research, customer analysis, market positioning and marketing promotion plan design.负责项目可行性比选阶段的市场研究、客户分析、市场定位和营销推广方案设计;6.To be responsible for training for team members including marketing, sales, customer service etc. 负责组织营销推广、销售执行、客户服务等方面专业人员的培训 岗位要求:1.拥有8年以上国际五星级酒店工作经验,3年以上同岗位工作经验。More than 8 years working experience in international five-star hotels and more than 3 years working experience in the same position.2.熟悉成都本地市场,有过高端度假型酒店工作经验。Familiar with the local market in Chengdu, with previous experience in high-end resort type hotels.3.负责项目可行性比选阶段的市场研究、客户分析、市场定位和营销推广方案设计。Responsible for market research, customer analysis, market positioning and marketing plan design in the project feasibility comparison stage.4.负责监督和考核公司各项目的营销推广、销售进度、销售回款和客户服务等,支持和保障项目实施。Responsible for supervising and assessing the marketing promotion, sales progress, sales return and customer service of the company's various projects to support and guarantee project implementation.5.拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。Possesses communication skills used most of the time in dealing with others; ability to fully represent the hotel, brand and company with customers, employees and third parties.
