【岗位职责】
1、接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求,并予以妥善解決;
Accept the hotel reservation needs of online and offline customers and properly solve them;
2、接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话,予以解答并作好相关记录;
Answer customers' telephone inquiries about hotel and other product information, answer them and make relevant records;
3、熟悉处理房间预订的程序,给宾客提供最新和最淮确的房况信息。
Familiar with the procedure of handling room reservation, and provide guests with the latest and most accurate information on room conditions.
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验;
College degree or above, with working experience in the same position;
2、具有良好的产品电话销售技能,能够实现酒店客房预订率最大化;
Good product telemarketing skills, able to maximize the hotel room reservation rate;
3、具有销售业务谈判能力,能合理调配酒店产品,分清先后,实现客房销售目标。
Have the ability to negotiate sales business, be able to rationally allocate hotel products, prioritize and achieve room sales targets.
