工作职责： This is your chance to join Hilton’s GCM Development team, where you’ll contribute directly to Hilton‘s growth strategy by supporting the addition of new hotels to our expanding portfolio. As the Senior Manager of Development, reporting to the Senior Director of Development GCM, you will play a key role in advancing Hilton’s full－service footprint across GCM. You will source new opportunities, evaluate projects, and negotiate deals in alignment with Hilton’s development priorities. Position Summary: • Source and evaluate new development opportunities by conducting preliminary assessments, financial analysis, and due diligence to support informed decision－making. • Support deal negotiations by preparing proposals, coordinating with senior leaders, and advancing opportunities through contract execution. • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, industry partners, real estate brokers, architects, designers, legal advisors, and local authorities to generate leads and unlock new full－service development opportunities. • Support the strategic planning, development, and coordination of regional development activities to advance company goals, while clearly communicating key messages to internal and external stakeholders. • Partner cross－functionally with AD&C, Operations, Legal, Finance, Feasibility, and Brand teams to ensure project objectives and requirements are met. • Stay informed about market trends and internal initiatives that support team priorities, and maintain close relationships with teams driving brand, product, and service innovation. • Provide accurate activity reports, development approval documents, investment committee materials, and other analyses, research, and presentations to support timely development processes and senior leadership needs. • Represent Hilton at industry events and participate in relevant local industry activities. 【岗位职责】 1、负责管辖区域内业主/租户的日常接待、咨询、投诉处理及回访，确保客户满意度达标。 2、定期巡查楼宇公共区域、设施设备及环境卫生，及时上报异常并跟进整改。 3、协助办理入住、退租、迁入迁出等手续，更新业主档案及台账信息。 4、催缴物业管理费、水电费等各项费用，按时完成月度收费率指标。 5、协调工程、安保、保洁等班组处理报修、突发紧急事件，并做好记录与反馈。 6、组织社区文化活动，维护和谐邻里关系，提升入住体验。 【岗位要求】 1、学历大专及以上，有物业、酒店、客服相关经验者优先考虑。 2、普通话标准，具备良好的沟通表达和亲和力，能妥善处理投诉纠纷。 3、责任心强，吃苦耐劳，能适应轮班工作制。 4、熟悉基础办公软件（Word/Excel）操作，能完成日常报表录入。 5、服务意识突出，主动热情，具备团队协作精神。
