Responsibilities
工作职责
1.Ensure to provide courteous, professional and efficiency service to guests all the time.
2.Good product knowledge of membership card information and hotel facilities. Be able to conduct hotel tour with client.
3.Collect and register the guest information. Ensure all application form is fully completed. Proper explanation is given if there exists any discrepancy.
4.Conduct the sales call as scheduled to prospect for new customer, so as to achieve the fixed sales target.
1.确保能够向客人提供始终如一的高效、优质、专业的服务。
2.熟练会员卡的各项信息及酒店设施,能带领客户参观酒店。
3.跟进客户信息的收集与登记,确保所有的申请表格都是完全完成的,如果有差异也是可以给与解释的。
4.定期进行客户拜访活动,拓展开发新客户,力争达到所确定的销售目标。
Preferred Qualification and Skills
优先考虑的资格与技能
1.College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
2.Minimum one year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required.
3.Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible.Be passion and love working.
4.Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
1.大专以上学历,酒店/餐厅管理专业或有同等经验者优先。
2.至少一年酒店或餐饮相关行业的行政工作经验,或同等工作经验。
3.冷静耐心,具备服务热情。有强烈的责任心。具备团队精神,秉公办事。
4.要求英语的阅读、写作和口语能力。
