About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Sanya within the Security Department in Sanya, the Director of Security is responsible for the day to day maintain the safe environment around hotel, deal emergency and administering supervision for all colleagues within security department (patrol and fire control centre) to ensure that smooth running of the operation to serve all guests have an enjoyable and comfortable a stay as possible. Moreover, the Director of Security is responsible to check staff working plan and training plan and spot-check training section. Performance duties will accord the procedure. The Director of Security reports to the Hotel Manager. 岗位职责： 1、全面负责酒店安保工作的统筹规划、日常管理与落地执行，搭建完善的酒店安保体系，防范各类安全风险（人身、财产、消防、治安等），保障酒店正常运营秩序、宾客及员工人身财产安全。 2、牵头酒店消防安全管理工作，严格落实消防安全法律法规及行业规范，组织开展消防巡查、隐患排查、消防培训及应急演练，确保消防设施设备完好有效，杜绝消防安全事故发生。 3、负责安保团队的管理（招聘、培训、排班、考核等），提升团队专业素养和应急处置能力，规范安保人员执勤流程和服务标准。 4、对接属地公安、消防、应急管理等相关政府部门，维护良好的政企协作关系，借助属地政府资源，高效处理各类安保相关政务对接、投诉及突发公共事件。 5、制定并完善酒店安保管理制度、应急预案（火灾、治安事件、突发事件等），定期组织复盘优化，确保制度合规、执行到位。 6、 监督酒店各区域安保措施的落实情况，包括出入口管理、监控系统运行、停车场安保、贵重物品保管等，及时发现并整改安全隐患。 7、完成上级交办的其他安保相关工作任务。 任职要求 1、身高175cm以上，身体健康，形象端正、责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力和应急处置能力。 2、大专及以上学历，有5年及以上酒店/物业行业安保经理岗位工作经验，熟悉酒店安保工作流程者优先。 3、持有行业相关资格证书（如消防设施操作员（中级及以上）、安全管理员证书等，具体可适配属地行业要求），证书真实有效且在有效期内。 4、熟知国家及属地消防安全法律法规、治安管理相关规定，具备扎实的安保管理知识和消防应急处置能力，能独立开展安保体系搭建和隐患排查工作。 5、具备属地公安、消防、应急管理等政府部门相关对接资源，能高效协调处理政务对接、突发事件等相关事宜。 6、具备较强的统筹管理能力、沟通协调能力和团队领导力，为人正直、作风严谨，执行力强，能严格遵守酒店各项规章制度。
