About The Hotel
Novotel Zhengzhou Airport is a four-star hotel invested and built by Zhengzhou Airport Zone Hang Cheng Sky-Land Real Estate co., LTD and managed by Accor management group. The hotel is 28 kilometers from city center and only 15 minutes from Xinzheng airport. The hotel has 215 guest rooms and suites, all day dining western restaurant, lobby bar, executive lounge, banquet hall and meeting room, as well as fitness center and constant temperature swimming pool.

Your Experience and Skills include:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in international chain hotels and minimum of 3 years’ above operational management experience in Mid-Scale full-service hotels in international chain hotels’ operations, familiar with the service and management processes of international chain hotels.
Sales & Marketing background is preferred
High commercial acumen, strategic, creative and able to clearly demonstrate a capacity to set high goals and standards for the smooth operation of the hotel
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
