工作职责:
Assist the General
Manager in overall daily operations and management of the hotel. As the second-in-command
of the hotel, ensure efficient coordination among front office, housekeeping, F&B,
engineering, activities and other departments,guarantee 24-hour smooth
operation of the hotel,and be responsible for the overall operational efficiency
and service quality of the hotel.
协助总经理统筹酒店日常运营管理工作,作为酒店第二负责人,确保前厅、客房、餐饮、工程、活动中心等各部门高效协同,保障酒店24小时顺畅运转,对酒店整体运营效率和服务质量负责。
Equipped with
extensive experience in guest service and resort activities planning and the
continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
具有丰富的对客服务及活动策划经验,能推动酒店对客活动多样性及客户满意度持续提升。
Lead service
quality control, conduct regular inspections of hotel guest rooms, public
areas,back-of-house facilities and various business outlets, supervise the
implementation of service standards, analyze guest feedback (OTA
reviews,satisfaction surveys, etc.), formulate and promote service improvement
plans to enhance guest experience and loyalty.
主导服务质量管控,定期巡查酒店客房、公共区域、后台设施及各营业网点,监督服务标准落地,分析宾客反馈(OTA评论、满意度调查等),制定并推进服务提升方案,提升宾客体验与忠诚度。
Handle various
emergencies in the hotel (safety hazards, major guest complaints, equipment
failures,etc.), respond quickly and dispose scientifically, coordinate internal
and external resources to minimize the negative impact of events, and ensure
the personal and property safety of guests and employees.
Coordinate and
maintain customer relationships, participate in the reception of important
guests, and shape a good internal and external image of the hotel.
处理酒店各类突发事件(安全隐患、宾客重大投诉、设备故障等),快速响应、科学处置,协调内外部资源,最小化事件负面影响,保障宾客与员工人身及财产安全。
维护客户关系,参与重要宾客接待,塑造酒店良好内外形象。
Qualifications:
任职资格:
Have no less than
two years of relevant working experience as deputy senior management in
international luxury brand hotels.
Profoundly
familiar with the operational workflows, institutional policies and standard
operating procedures of all departments.
Possess proficient
English skills in reading, writing and daily verbal communication.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Candidates with
solid front office or operation Service working background are highly
preferred.
