Position: Residence Manger职位:驻店经理Working Location: China工作地点:雅诗阁西安馨乐庭服务公寓Reporting to: Area General Manger (Operations)汇报对象:雅诗阁西安城市总经理Major duties & responsibilities:主要职责:1.Be responsible for planning, controlling and coordination of all functional events as requested by the Management根据管理层的要求,负责策划、管控以及协调所有职能部门的活动2.Manage lyf guards and other operational functions in providing excellent service standards and building the community for residents管理lyf掌柜和其他运营职能部门,为住客提供优质的服务标准,优化社区建设3.Ensure smooth operation and efficiency of operational departments with regular inspections定期对各运营部门进行监查,确保运营部门的正常运行和工作效率4.Handle correspondences relating to residents, be it event notices or replying their enquiries 处理与住客相关的来往函件,包括事件通知与回应住客需求5.Disseminate information and obtain feedback from residents发布各项信息,并及时获取住客的反馈6.Perform all duties as outlined in the operational policy and procedures, report or recommend any outstanding issues履行运营政策与规程中的所有职责,对于未解决的问题及时提出意见或进行汇报7.Preparation of required management reports按要求准备管理报告8.Review and update of operational procedures审核并在必要时更新运营流程9.Ensure that the local legal, labour, health and building requirements/regulations are met and maintained确保运营符合当地的法律、劳动法、卫生条例和建筑要求与法规。10.Manage execution of the Sales & Marketing plan of the property管理物业营销计划的执行11.Develop and establish new programs, service standards and control procedures in response to operational needs根据运营需求,开发并建立新的规划、服务标准和管控章程12.Organise operations meetings组织运营会议13.Perform all other assignments as directed by the Management.完成上级领导交办的其他工作14.Takes overall responsibility for financial performance of the property and the achievement of property sales and profit objectives全面负责物业的财务业绩,完成物业的销售和利润目标 Requirements:资质要求:1.Degree in Hospitality with at least 2 years in a supervisory position OR Diploma in Hospitality with at least 3-4 years in hospitality, of which 2 years should be in a supervisory position酒店专业本科及以上学位,拥有2年管理经验;酒店专业大专及以上文凭,在酒店行业有至少3-4年的经验,其中包含2年的酒店实际管理经验2.Candidate should be comfortable with numbers and financial functions.对数字与财务知识具有敏锐度3.Knowledge of hospitality financial functions, including Revenue management, marketing plans, budget forecasting preferred 熟悉酒店财务管理,包括收益管理,市场营销计划,有预算管理经验者优先4.Must be open minded e.g. to doing things differently from traditional hospitality industry必须有开放的思想和眼界(例如,积极创新做有别于传统酒店行业的事情)5.Knowledgeable, familiar with all aspects of operations全面的运营管理知识6.Tech savvy and picks up new systems and technology easily 对于技术方面具有优秀的理解适应能力,能够轻松掌握新系统和新技术7.Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint熟练使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint8.Excellent communications, presentation and public relations skills具有出色的沟通、表达能力以及公关技巧9.Possess management and leadership skills具备优秀的领导管理能力10.Language: English, local language 语言要求:英语,当地语言11.Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.具备良好的抗压能力12.Pleasant, honest, hardworking and flexible personality; a team player.高度的工作热情,极强的工作责任心,诚实的品质与灵活的适应能力,良好的团队合作精神13.Ability to receive as well as deliver constructive criticism能够接受和提出具有建设性的批评意见14.Proactive and self-motivated 积极主动,具有上进心
