岗位职责:
1.Responsible in achieving the Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goal of the hotel.
负责完成宴会餐饮销售目标和酒店的收入目标。
2.Develops strong rapport and builds business relationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.
通过与客户的沟通,并与本地客户建立牢固的合作和商业伙伴关系。
3.Assists the Director of Sales and Marketing in the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
协助市场销售总监开发并制作销售计划,并准备预算。
4.Manages and administers the Catering and Banquet sales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completed according to standard and in time.
管理并协助宴会销售部,确保顺畅运作,及时有效的完成每日工作任务。
5.Coordinates with departments concerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.
部门之间协调,确保为客人提供高水准服务,达到其预计希望。
6.To work with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of F&B to establish the strategic business plan for Catering and Banquet sales.
与市场销售总监和餐饮总监一起制定宴会餐饮销售计划。
7.Assists with the development of new product themes and services.
协助酒店新产品及服务的开发和推广。
8.Ensures the achievement of business objectives according to budgeted guidelines for revenue and costs.
确保按照收入和开支预算实现经营目标。
9.To negotiate with clients ensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to and at the same time, guest needs and expectations are met.
与客户谈判,确保满足客人的需要,同时又能够实现酒店的利润。
10.Develops appropriate administrative and communication policies and procedures in accordance with hotel's goals and guidelines.
根据酒店的目标和方向,制订合适的行政及沟通规定及程序。
11.Accomplishes sales calls on prospective clients to develop and maintain relationship.
拜访有潜力的客户,发展并保持与客户合作的关系。
12.Carries out other tasks as directed by immediate superior.
完成直接上级交代的其他任务。
