岗位职责 负责酒店园区、大堂、停车场、楼道、外围区域的安保巡逻、值守工作，维护酒店治安秩序与宾客安全。 做好进出车辆、人员登记与疏导工作，管控停车场秩序，引导宾客停车、通行。 实时监控酒店消防设备、监控设备，排查消防、治安安全隐患，发现问题及时上报、处置。 妥善处理酒店内突发纠纷、意外情况，配合做好宾客安全保障、应急疏散、防汛防火等工作。 严格遵守酒店安保管理制度，做好值班记录、巡逻台账，服从安保主管调度安排。 岗位要求 年龄20-50岁，身高170cm以上，身体健康、形象端正，无纹身、无犯罪前科，退伍军人优先。 持有保安证、消防上岗证者优先，熟悉基础消防器材使用及应急处置流程。 工作认真负责、执行力强，具备良好的服务意识与应急处理能力。 能适应两班倒、夜班及节假日值班，有高端酒店安保工作经验优先。

职责义务： Duties & Responsibilities: 1.督导本部门的运作，保证安全巡查工作的正确执行，确保酒店、客人和员工的财产及人身安全。 Supervise the operation of the department,ensure the correct implementation of safety inspections, and ensure theproperty and personal safety of the hotel, guests and employees. 2.负责督促检查酒店各消防设备和安全救生器材，并确保其使用状态正常（例如：消防报警系统、灭火器、门磁报警系统等。 Supervise and inspect all fire fightingequipment and safety life-saving equipment of the hotel, and ensure that theyare in normal condition (such as fire alarm system, fire extinguisher, doormagnetic alarm system, etc.). 3.对酒店员工进行灭火、疏散逃生等技能的培训和演练，定期对酒店义务消防队进行培训，并确保义务消防队队员的实操水平。 Conduct fire fighting, evacuation and otherskills training and exercises for hotel staff, regularly train the hotel'svolunteer fire brigade, and ensure the practical level of the volunteer firebrigade members. 4.对酒店各区域的治安和防火情况进行巡查，发现漏洞立即处理和上报。 Inspect the security and fire prevention inall areas of the hotel, deal with and report any loopholes immediately. 5.组织属下员工进行各类业务培训，不断促进业务技能的提高和完善。 Organize all kinds of business training foremployees, and constantly promote the improvement and perfection of businessskills. 6.对班内违纪和渎职员工向部门提出处理建议。 Make suggestions to the department on howto deal with employees who violate discipline and dereliction of duty. 7.与GSM、值班工程师及其它部门主管保持友好的业务联系。 Maintain friendly business contact withGSM, duty engineer and other department heads. 8.受理当班期间的各类业务投诉并及时处理，遇重大问题时请示上司处理。 Accept all kinds of business complaintsduring the shift and deal with them in time, and ask the boss to deal withmajor problems. 9.传达并执行部门的一切工作指令。 Convey and execute all work instructions ofthe department. 专业知识技能： Job Knowledge / Skill: 1.5年以上5星国际品牌酒店的保安部工作经历。 More than 5 years of working experience in the security department of 5-star international brand hotels. 2.精通把控酒店各类安全消防工作节奏。 Proficient in controlling the rhythm of allkinds of fire safety work in the hotel. 3.具有较强的领导能力。 Strong leadership skills. 4.熟悉和掌握部门的操作流程和标准。 Familiar with and master the department'soperating procedures and standards. 5.熟悉酒店行业公共安全及卫生要求。 Familiar with the public safety and healthrequirements of the hotel industry. 6.较强的团队协作和解决问题的能力。 Strong teamwork and problem solving skills. 7.较强的语言和沟通能力。 Strong language and communication skills. 8.熟练的英文书面及口头表达能力者优先。 Good command of written and oral English ispreferred.

【此职位招募监控员一岗】 具有国际联号酒店工作经验优先 持建筑构消防操作员中级证优先 工作职责： 1、坚守岗位、24小时值守，严禁脱岗、睡岗及从事与工作无关事项，全程监控酒店各区域动态。 2、熟练操作监控系统，实时巡查画面，发现黑屏、故障、模糊等问题及时上报、登记。 3、密切关注大堂、楼层、电梯、车库及外围区域，及时发现可疑人员、异常情况及安全隐患。 4、遇突发事件、纠纷、盗窃、火情等情况，立即上报并联动安保处置，留存监控证据。 5、严格管控监控录像，严守客人隐私，严禁私自调取、拷贝、外传、删除视频资料。 6、规范填写值班台账，如实记录设备情况、异常事件、调阅记录等，做到有据可查。 7、严格管理监控室，禁止无关人员进入，配合公安及酒店合规调阅录像，做好登记。 8、紧盯消防报警信号，及时核实现场火情隐患，协助开展消防应急处置工作。 9、做好监控室环境卫生与设备防尘养护，杜绝杂物、危险品入室，保障设备正常运行。 10、严格执行交接班制度，清晰交接设备状态、遗留问题及重点事项，服从管理调度。
