岗位职责
Responsibility
1.管理酒店日常财务管理工作;
Manage the daily financial management of the hotel;
2.建立财务管理体系,完善各项财务管理制度;
Establish the financial management system, improve the financial management system;
3.完善内部控制体系,检查财务运行情况;
Improve the internal control system, check the financial operation;
4.监督检查酒店财务运做和资金收支情况;
To supervise and inspect the hotel's financial operations and capital receipts and payments;
5.负责与财政、税务等有关部门保持良好的关系;
Responsible for maintaining good relationship with finance and taxation departments;
6.帮助会计人员解决会计核算中的疑难问题,并向财务总监报告;
Assist accountants to solve difficult problems in accounting and report to the chief financial officer;
7.审核每日现金、银行存款日报表,并在签章后,报送财务总监。
Review daily statement of cash and bank deposits and submit to Director of Finance after signed.
岗位要求
Position Requirements
1.大专毕业,具有3年以上星际酒店财务工作经验优先 。
College graduate, with more than 3 years finance experience is preferred.
2.熟悉办公软件及财务软件,熟悉酒店财务的工作流程,熟悉酒店帐务税务流程。
Familiar with office software and financial software,accounting and tax procedures.
3.能独立核算企业的账务工作,懂得相关法律法规。
Able to independently calculate the accounting work of enterprises, and understand relevant laws and regulations.
4.熟悉酒店行业财务流程, 熟悉国家财务、税务、审计等相关法规政策。
Familiar with the hotel industry financial process, the national financial, tax, audit and other relevant regulations and policies.
