Finance Manager/Operation Manager in charge of operation income Audit, account receivable and credit departments.
Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:
1. Review and correct daily revenue journal.
2. Maintain close relations with Travel Agencies, Credit Card companies/banks etc.
3. Respond to and resolves account queries.
4. Calculate travel agent commissions.
5. To ensure timely completion of month end closing including preparation of journal
6. voucher and reconciliation of city ledger balance in general ledger with account receivables aging report.
7. Assists in the management of internal and external audits when they occur
8. Assists in the communication and cooperation with operation departments.
Job Requested:
1. CA certification would be an advantage.
2. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance or Accounting management
3. Minimum 3 years related work experience as Operation Manager and Chief Accountant
4. related in other 5 stars hotel.
5. Able to manage, train and motivate the team.
6. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
