【岗位职责】 1. 负责酒店前厅或餐厅客人的迎接、引导及座位安排，确保宾客得到及时、礼貌的接待服务。 2. 熟练掌握收银系统操作，准确完成餐费、酒水等账单的结算、开票及现金、信用卡等支付方式的处理。 3. 每日核对营业款项，确保账实相符，及时上交财务并填写相关报表。 4. 关注客人需求，提供问询、预订等基础服务，协助处理简单投诉或突发情况。 5. 维护接待区域及收银台的环境整洁，补充各类单据、文具及宣传物料。 6. 配合领班完成每日盘点、备用金交接及设备维护工作。 7. 遵守酒店服务标准及财务制度，确保操作规范、数据准确。 【岗位要求】 1. 学历、经验不限，酒店管理或财务相关专业优先考虑。 2. 形象端正，普通话标准，具备良好的沟通表达能力和服务意识。 3. 能适应轮班制工作（含早班、中班、晚班及节假日），工作时间服从安排。 4. 基础计算能力扎实，对数字敏感，能熟练操作电脑及收银系统（无经验可培训）。 5. 工作细致认真，有责任心，具备团队合作精神。 6. 无不良嗜好及犯罪记录，需提供健康证（可入职后办理）。
