Duties And Responsibilities 职责和义务:
1.Ensures all group arrivals and departures are co-ordinate, to minimize inconvenience to our guests.

2.Provides superior service standards in responding to group requests for amendments by working closely with tour escorts or identified agency.
与每团领队保持接洽,以了解团队入住的特殊情况。
3.Maintains an up-to-date group block in the sales system and establishes trace system to ensure that all group information is systematically handled.
在酒店管理系统中对客户情况即时更新,以便于今后跟踪。
4.Implements a detailed follow-up system of all group policies.
制订并建立所有团队的跟踪文档。
5.
Respond to all group requests for amendment or pricing within 24 hours.
24小时之内回复所有客人的要求。
6.Co-ordinates with all related department on the following.
协调与其它部门工作。

Prepares a weekly report for supervisor on pre-group information, final group arrival details and forecast.
每周准备近期的团队入住情况汇报与上级。
8.Attends weekly sales meetings and other meetings as assigned by Director of Sales or his/her Assistant.
参加每周由销售总监或其助理主持的会议。
9.Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be required.
完成其它委派的任务。
Job Specification 工作要求:
1.College graduate, preferably in marketing or related discipline
大学商务和其它相关专业毕业
2.Two years experience in an international hotel environment
2 年国际酒店经验
3.Strong oral and written common skill

4.Responsible, assertive and adopt a systematic approach to work, willing to work irregular hours
