Primary Responsibilities主要职责:
·Ensure that all preventive maintenance for the ICT equipment’s in the hotel is carried out timely.
·Properly use and keep all devices and tools of the ICT department.
·Administer the ICT system back up procedures.
· Perform any problem shooting in any ICT systems and report to ICT Manager timely.
·Assist other departments to train their employees in the effective use of any ICT systems.
·Be fully aware of the hotel’s policies and procedures and adhere to them.
·Carry out any other duties assigned by the ICT manager from time to time and complete them According to the time table.
·Ensures that all computer media saves and back-ups are completed, documented and stored per group specifications.
·Administer all user ID’s, passwords, and the most sensitive system utilities, secures all touchy resources and critical libraries.
·尽力保障所有的故障系统或设备能够及时地维修和恢复运行。
·合理使用和保管电脑房的各种设备和工具。
·按流程做好电脑系统的数据备份。
·及时发现电脑系统中存在的问题并向信息通信技术部经理汇报。
·帮助其他部门对其员工进行培训使之能够有效地使用电脑系统。
·完全理解和执行酒店的政策和程序。
·接受信息通信技术部经理的工作安排,在规定的时间内准确地完成。
·保证数据备份完整并妥善保存备份数据。
·管控所有用户的权限,特别是敏感的系统,保护敏感数据和关键数据。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验:
·Good computer skills and management ability.
·2 years supervisory experience in related working experience
·Can handle general IT incidents
·Can complete each work task designated in the above Job Description independently with good communication & coordination capability
·Work earnestly, responsibly and carefully
·良好的电脑技能及管理能力
·2年以上相关工作经验
·能处理常规IT事件
·能独立完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务,并具有良好的沟通及协调能力
·责任心强,工作认真细致
