岗位职责 Job Description:
1、保持现有客户并发展新的客户。
Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.
2、保证对所有的来信和电话询问都进行有效的处理,建立一种令人愉快的工作关系。
Plans and Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.
3、以专业的方式与客人互动,关注他们的需求及反馈。
Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
4、提供售后服务,确保认真对待所有投诉,在必要时与相关部门进行沟通。
To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary.
岗位要求 Job Specifiction:
1. 沟通能力良好,熟悉酒店方面知识
Demonstrated excellent communication and hospitality skills.
2. 组织计划能力良好
Demonstrated excellent organization and planning skills.
3. 至少2年销售工作经验
Minimum 2 year experience in Sales
4. 英语良好
Good knowledge of Conversational English
