Main Responsibilities主要职责:
1.Accept online and offline customers' reservation requirements, and solve them properly.
接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求,并予以妥善解决。
2.Answer customers' call for product information, answer and record.
接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话,予以解答并作好相关记录。
3.Be familiar with the procedure of reservation and provide the latest and accurate information.
熟悉处理房间预订的程序,给宾客提供最新和最准确的房况信息。
4.Confirm the "unbooked guest"list and daily team cancellations.
落实“预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。
