    A Director of Human Resources will manage Human Resource related activities including succession planning, talent management, recruitment, learning and development and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations initiatives. What will I be doing?   As a Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the effective management and performance of all Human Resources related activities. This includes talent management, succession planning, learning and development and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and health and safety initiatives. Specifically, a Director of Human Resources will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:     Plan and forecast the short and long-term talent requirements for the hotel to support its business plans Maintain a best practice recruitment approach, including the Company's vacancy management system, to attract the best applicants Build a strong career and succession planning system to retain and develop talent Implement training and development strategies to continuously improve performance and customer service Oversee the hotel's human resources database and payroll system Provide a framework for counseling, coaching, and welfare services Manage the Opinion Survey and the calendar of Team Member social events Manage and resolve, promptly and completely, all employee relations issues Maintain an awareness of competitor human resources activities and best practices #LI-VG2 Qualifications - External What are we looking for?     岗位职责:   1、人力资源整体规划:协助建立人力资源部门预算,控制费用,监管员工与人力配置标准,管理成本。 2、团队建设:创建各种计划促进团队协作,为所有团队成员营造积极的工作环境。支持管理年度团队成员满意度调查。 确保在招聘和甄选流程中随时遵守酒店或公司的聘用标准及相关法规。负责对外联络。 3、激励系统建设:根据酒店或公司政策,实施针对经理级员工的关于递进式员工惩戒规程与绩效管理流程等方面的教育和培训,以此推动工作效率,提升业绩。 4、培训开发:为新员工提供入职培训,告知酒店或公司标准、政策、流程及员工福利计划等信息。 5、员工关系管理:收集并维护离职面谈、人员流动统计数据、旷工报告等数据,了解各种趋势、培训需求和管理问题等。完成其它分配的任务,可能需要担任值班经理。负责维护并更新所有员工档案与记录。 对工作中发生的问题进行调查和研究,了解事实情况,即时发现对酒店或公司可能造成的潜在风险, 并通过各类员工关系项目来推动问题的解决。 6、企业文化建设:管理酒店人力资源项目。创建积极向上的团队文化,同时确保酒店宾客获得独特的体验,赋品牌以生命。 7、酒店业务支持:运用有创意的方法来激励、鼓舞团队成员为宾客提供独特的体验。定期与宾客进行互动,获取反馈,了解员工提升宾客满意度的渠道。与部门经理协作共同开发达到服务行为标准和持续改善宾客体验的各类活动。 8、其他:小部分行政管理工作。 任职要求: 1、力资源管理、行政管理、企业管理、工商管理等相关专业,本科及以上学历,5年以上酒店行业人力行政管理经验。 2、熟悉人力资源六大模块的工作,熟悉酒店业务经营模式。 3、该岗位95%的工作内容为人力管理工作,5%的工作为行政管理工作。
