To answer the phones within three rings. 3.To upsell whenever possible to maximize on occupancy and revenues. 4.To ensure that all reservations are entered accurately and “mesh” update maintained consistently. 5.To fully understand market segmentation to accurately “qualify” reservations. 6.To handle incoming reservation requests/correspondence, confirming or regretting on the day received.   We are looking for someone who: 1.Minimum one years’ experience in an International class Hotel； 2.Good health, able to work under pressure； 3. Good knowledge of food service techniques and menu contents. 2. Acquainted and familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observes the safety  precautions when handling them. 3. Maintains strict control on food portioning and wastage, ensuring gross food profitability. 4. Ensures that food quality and standards are maintained at all times when preparing for restaurant and banquet functions. 5. Assist the Executive Chef as required.   We are looking for someone who: 1.
