1. 受宴会管理人员领导,管理使用酒店所有音响设备。 2. 定期巡视音响设备所在地,利用非营业时间进行音质调试及学习。 3. 维护音控系统、视频系统,必要时与工程部沟通,共同维修处理。 4. 音控管理员要定期检查音控设备、多媒体设备,出现故障要及时处理,并做好记录。 5. 对酒店要求的音控任务需提前一天进行调试,如遇重要会议或不具备完全操作能力,应及时联系工程部配合协助。 6. 在工作中除大型文艺演出外,需保证其他一般音控工作的顺利完成。 7. 酒店如临时有音控任务,音控员工有义务放弃休息时间服从工作安排。 8. 操作结束后要及时关闭电源,并整理好仪器设备,应立即将设备的设置复原,仪器如有损坏,或故障,要及时声明,报请领导处理。 9. 每日按时上下班,不得迟到和早退。 10.重要会议前检查各种音响设备是否正常工作,   11.熟悉所有的灯光音响设备,名称、型号、功能、存放位置,操作及保养方法。 12.熟悉业务知识,掌握音响功能和打灯技能,保证系统设备正常运行,延长使用寿命。 13.爱护音控室设备,保养好一切设备。 14.遵守国家有关管理规定,遵守酒店及部门管理制度,并严格执行。 15.协助酒店重大活动的音响设备的安装、撤除工作。 16.定期打扫机房,机房内要随时保持洁净。 17.各类设备及物品的盘点,各类表格的填写。
