The Role 岗位职责： 1. Before daily operation, check pool floor anti-slip condition (clean up standing water) and gym equipment safety (e.g., treadmill emergency stop, dumbbell rack stability); report abnormalities immediately. 每日营业前检查泳池地面防滑（清理积水）及健身房器材安全（如跑步机急停、哑铃架稳定性），发现异常立即上报。 8. Respond properly to any emergency or unsafe situation; take care to prevent injuries to self and others; identify and report hazards. 正确应对任何紧急或不安全情况；注意避免自身及他人受伤；识别并上报安全隐患。 9. In case of guest drowning or sudden illness, implement CPR immediately, call 120, report supervisor, submit written report within 24 hours; respond appropriately during resort emergencies or unsafe situations. 发生客人溺水或突发疾病时，立即实施CPR等急救措施，同步拨打120并上报主管，24小时内提交书面事故报告；在酒店紧急或不安全情况下做出正确应对。 4.
