1.有效的执行工作程序。时刻保持厨房、洗碗处、垃圾房、库房及其它工作区域高标准的卫生、清洁及安全。严格执行上级下达的各项任务。严格执行所有的标准与程序以完成工作任务。
Supervises and Maintains the standards of hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and safety in kitchens, dishwashing areas, Garbage collection and storage, and any other production areas.
Exercising effective environmentally friendly procedures
Complete job tasks strictly as per the S&P’s.
2.组织、领导、指导和帮助员工工作和及时向管事经理汇报所有部门内发生的问题。
Organize, lead, direct and assist staff and report any problems in department to chief steward on a timely basis.
3.协助管事部经理确保所有餐厅和厨房高标准的卫生清洁。保持服务和厨房设备状况良好。
Assist the Chief Steward to ensure hygiene in all Food & Beverage Outlets and Kitchen. Maintain service and kitchen equipment in good condition.This is a hands on position and requires direct interaction.
