Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)· Assist cookers to make preparation. 协助厨师做好粗加工。· Assist cookers make preparation before the operation time. 协助厨师做好开餐前的准备。· Comply with hygiene principle; separate the ripe and raw food, guard against food poisoning. 食品要做到生熟分开,防止食物中毒。· Service people with smile, treat everybody equally. 发餐时对待员工要微笑服务,态度和蔼,做到童叟无欺一视同仁。· Keep self good hygiene, make staff canteen cleaning everyday. 要保持厨房、餐厅的卫生和个人卫生。· Beverage maker should be tidy up everyday. 饮料机要每天消毒清洗。 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS资格Required Skills –技能要求 · Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.能独立完成工作,善于和人沟通。· Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.具有本地人力和雇佣法的知识· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office精通微软办公软件 · Good writing skills良好的写作技能· Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration. 中学以上· 1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. 1年相关以上的工作经验。
