Responsibilities:
- 管理会议和宴会运营的各项工作,最大程度地完成部门预算。
- Manage all aspects of meeting and banquet operations to maximize the completion of departmental budgets.
- 进行销售拜访,电话销售,书信,电子邮件销售以及邀请客户参观酒店的工作。
- Conduct sales calls, telemarketing, letters, email sales, and the work of inviting clients to visit the hotel.
- 分析历史和其它统计信息。
- Analyze history and other statistics.
- 协商会议销售和宴会服务有关条款。
- Negotiate terms and conditions related to sales and banquet services.
- 协助客人了解酒店并安排现场视察。
- Assist guests in getting to know the hotel and arrange on-site inspections.
- 会见客人。
- Meet guests.
- 按要求参加贸易展览和销售会议。
- Attend trade shows and sales conferences as required.
- 从报纸,杂志和相关的行业文件中确定销售商机,并予以跟进。
- Identify sales opportunities from newspapers, magazines and relevant industry documents and follow them up.
- 保持定期电话拜访。
- Maintain regular phone calls.
- 监查竞争对手的活动并在制定销售策略时利用这些信息。
- Monitor competitor activities and use this information when developing sales strategies.
- 与业务供应方、会展策划人、客人/会务部门/旅行社,旅游运营商、航空公司、公司客户、政府部门以及其它与酒店业务密切相关的相关方建立并保持联系。
- Establish and maintain contact with business suppliers, MICE planners, guests/conference departments/travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, corporate customers, government departments and other parties closely related to the hotel business.
- 协助协调会议销售/促销活动等工作。
- Assist in coordinating meeting sales/promotions.

- 在客人预算内由厨师长制定餐单,由宴会负责人制定宴会场地平面图
- The head chef will make a menu within the guest's budget, and the banquet leader will formulate the banquet venue floor plan
- 预订经理在系统内占房
- The reservation manager occupies the room in the system
- 协助会议运作工作。
- Assist in the operation of the Conference.
- 与预订部联系有关场地分配和优先权的问题。
- Contact reservations department about venue allocation and priority.
- 在需要时参加每日例会及其它会议,以取得最佳效果。
- Attend daily meetings and other meetings when needed to achieve the best results.
- 处理行政工作,并更新与以下会议事项相关的文件:过去、当前、未来事件,菜单和饮料清单、财务规范、人员和培训、娱乐、会议、其它酒店会议及宴会运营、项目、材料、设备及其它。
- Handle administrative work and update documents related to the following conference matters: past, current and future events, menu and beverage lists, financial specifications, personnel and training, entertainment, conferences, other hotel meetings and banquet operations, projects, materials, equipment and others.
- 与美工部、印刷组联系,为会议部门制作印刷品或打印材料,并需确保酒店LED显示屏所显示的宴会及会议信息正确无误。
- Contact the Art Department and the Printing Team to produce printed materials or printed materials for the Conference Department, and ensure that the banquet and conference information displayed on the hotel's LED display is correct.
- 确保所有宴会及会议信息在酒店会议销售系统内的时时更新
- Ensure that all banquet and meeting information is kept up to date in the hotel's meeting sales system

- Continuously learn about audiovisual trends, systems, operations and equipment through trade literature, hotel exhibitions and on-site visits.
- 与财会议销售总监一起编制和管理部门预算。
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets together with the Director of Finance and Conference Sales.

- 两年工作经验,或与此相当的教育和工作经验结合的背景
- Two years of work experience, or a background equivalent to education and work experience
