- Is aware and conversant of hotel's annual sales and marketing plan.
- Builds and maintains excellent client relations to establish confidence and secures commitment to The Middle House.
-Sources & develops new business for the hotel in defined areas and market segments.
-Develops accounts to increase market/ customer share across all revenue streams- locally, nationally and globally.
- Develops key account plans detailing objectives, timeframe & sales methods to support the defined account strategy.
- Contributes ideas to improve the product/ services offered by the hotel.
- Monitors and develops productivity of assigned clients and provides weekly evaluation on performance, and reviews effectiveness of sales activities to the DOS.
-Ensures professional processing of site inspection/ familiarisation requests.
-Ensures maximum utilisation of database/ account management system and ensures all sales activities are updated in a thorough and prompt basis.
- Participates in promotional/ entertainment activities as required.
-Provides feedback to Director of Sales on all sales-related activities.
