1.向客人呈送酒单,回答客人问询并为客人提供关于酒水食品搭配建议。
Deliver beverage menus to guests, answer inquiries and provide guests with recommendations on food and beverages.
2.促销酒水以提高营业收入。
Promote beverages to increase revenue.
3.协助对酒水的盘点并保持准确的盘存记录。
Assist in the inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
4.确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
5.制订市场饮料促销活动,以提高客户满意度并增加销售收入。
Periodically market wine promotions to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
6.为了能让酒店具有足够的竞争优势,能够确保该酒店拥有最有价值的葡萄酒。确保对市场进行足够的观测和掌握,以增加获利机会。
To ensure that the hotel has the best collection wines in order to have a competitive edge. Value on the market to be monitored to increase profit opportunities.

Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.

任职要求 Qualification
1.高中及以上学历,酒店管理相关专业。
High School graduate or above, hotel Management or equivalent.
2.至少1年在同等职位上的管理工作经验。
At least 1 year working experience on the same position in RB&E.
3.性格成熟、工作独立、机智灵敏,人际交流与沟通技能出色。
Mature, independent, tactful with good interpersonal & communication skills.
