【岗位职责】 1、全面统筹和管理工程部，确保工程部的日常运作； 2、根据酒店经营需求和发展规划，制定工程改造和更新计划，推动酒店设施的升级和完善。 3、制定和健全酒店工程相关安全管理制度和操作规程，并监督和确保安全管理制度及操作规范能够严格落地执行。 4、制定工程部的年度预算，合理分配和使用资金。监控酒店的能源消耗情况，制定并实施节能措施，降低能耗成本。 5、全面负责酒店设施设备的日常维护、保养和检修工作，确保设备正常运行；及时发现并处理设施设备在安全方面的隐患，防止各类安全事故的发生。 6、负责工程部人员招聘、培训、考核和晋升等工作，合理安排人员岗位，确保部门工作高效运转。制定员工培训计划，定期组织专业技能培训，提升团队整体素质和业务能力。 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上学历，工程、机电、安全管理等相关专业优先。 2、五年以上国际/国内品牌酒店工程部负责人经验，具有酒店筹备、运营等全周期工作经验； 3、熟悉国家安全法律法规和消防规范，精通消防法规、治安管理条例及酒店安全标准。 4、具备出色的沟通协调组织能力，能够与酒店内部各部门以及外部供应商进行有效沟通。 5、有内外资双品牌、文旅综合体、多酒店管理及项目改造经验，以及具备IT信息技术统筹管理经验。 6、熟练安防监控系统及消防设备，掌握机电工程设计基础知识，熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，有IT管理经验优先。 7、具备全面的工程管理专业知识，熟悉酒店大型设备系统的基本配置、选型及市场状况，如中央空调、电梯、锅炉、给排水、强弱电、配发电、消防控制系统等。

To assist in the management and supervision of the day-to-day operation of the engineering department, ensuring that product quality standards are consistently achieved and that outstanding service is provided to guests and colleagues in accordance with hotel and MOHG standards and business objectives. Recommendsto the Director of Engineering any modifications toexisting plant/services or the installation of new equipment that will resultin energy savings. Ensuresthat the Engineering policies are effectively implemented and consistentlyadhered to. Ensurethat the Preventive Maintenance schedule is regularly reviewed and updated. Superviseand coordinate contractors for in-house equipment servicing and repairs. Ensureall the shift duty personnel are conducting daily maintenance checklist. Providesinput and assists the Director of Engineering in preparing the annual Repairsand Maintenance budgets, as well as Heat, Light, and Power budgets. Maintain comprehensive engineering records to determine inspectionschedules and repair requirements for all equipment. Establish and oversee the Preventive Maintenance program. Ensureall records related to Fire, Life, Health, Safety and Security are properlymaintained and filed. Ensure seamless, efficient, and courteous service is consistentlydelivered. Minimumof 5 years’ experience in Engineering Department with at least 3 years asAssistance Director of Engineering in a luxury hotel. Highenergy, hands-on approach, and flexibility for 24-hour operations. Strongcreativity and problem-solving ability. Liaisewith internal and external customers, vendors with good communicationskills (verbal, written, non-verbal). Must beable to read drawings, interprets manuals. Familiar withthe major building systems (power plant, HVAC, kitchens). Knowledgeable in energy management andsustainability practices. Proficient in office automation tools (Word,Excel, Visio).
