Main Duties
行政
Administration
§ 确保办公室行政工作流程的高效运行。
Ensures efficient office administration
procedures.
§ 确保所有培训记录在人事系统中的维护,归档以及更新。
Ensures that all training records are
maintained, filed and updated in the HR System.
§ 确保所有培训档案的使用的精确性和保密性。
Ensures Training documents are properly
routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality.
§ 根据要求维护并更新人工档案和计算机系统。
Maintains and updates manual and
computerised filing system as required.
§ 根据进修及培训发展部经理的要求与当地劳动行政部门联系所有相关事宜。
Liaises with the local Labour authority for
all related matters as assigned by the Learning and Development Manager.
§ 协助并确保所有员工设施维护的标准化,比如:学习室和员工阅览室。
Assists in ensuring all employee facilities
are maintained within standards, i.e. Learning Rooms and Library.
§ 协助汇总部门运营手册、员工任务清单和任务分解的内容,并保证其准确性。
Assists in the compilation and accuracy of
the Departmental Operations Manuals, Associates Task Lists and Task Breakdowns.
§ 协助制定年度培训计划,确保培训目标完全符合酒店经营目标和员工的培训需求。
Assists in the preparation of the annual
Training Plan, ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of
the Hotel and the training needs of the associates.
§ 协助进修及培训发展部经理收集所有培训课程的出勤记录表。
Assists the Learning and Development Manager
in compiling training attendance confirmation lists for all training courses.
§ 严格遵守酒店的政策和程序。
Complies with hotel’s Policies &
Procedures.
宾客服务
Customer Service
§ 通过培训及协助其他同事的培训,支持酒店的关注重点 – 优质服务,使酒店员工能够为外部客人(顾客)提供超出客人期望的服务。
Supports the hotel’s focus on service
excellence by training and assisting others to train people to provide
exceptional service to the hotel’s external customers (guests).
§ 为酒店其他员工(内部顾客)以及到人力资源部的所有人员提供专业、礼貌和热心的服务。
Provides the appropriate level of professional,
courteous and caring service to other associates (internal customers) and other
visitors to the division.
财务
Financial
§ 确保酒店内所有有关财务记录、金钱和执照等相关的规定、政策和条例严格遵循酒店、公司和当地法律的规定,包括及时准确地提供有关财务方面信息的报告。
Ensures that all hotel, company and local
rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money
handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate
reporting of financial information.

Marketing
§ 协助人力资源总监、人力资源部经理,进修及培训发展部经理汇集和执行所有员工沟通方面的资料和活动。
Assists the Director of Human Resources and
Human Resources Manger, Learning Manager with the compilation and
implementation of all associate communications.
§ 确保员工了解所有酒店内部的规章和制度,并很好地执行。
Ensures that all in-house rules and
regulations are communicated to associates and implemented.
§ 协助制定人力资源工作日历并监督执行情况。
Monitors and prepares the Human Resources
Calendar.
§ 保证集团的资料能够得到有效的传达。
Ensures the effective dissemination of
corporate materials.

Operational
§ 协助协调员工奖励项目。
Assists with the coordination of the
associate recognition programmes.
§ 协助完成以下员工沟通项目的编辑、执行和保持,如员工手册、每月人事活动计划、培训信息更新、员工布告栏和电视交流。
Assists in the compilation, implementation
and upkeep of the following associate communications – Associate Handbook,
Monthly HR Activity Schedule, Learning and Development Update, Associate Notice
Boards, and Television Communication.
§ 协助部门之间所有活动的协调工作,以及员工奖励等活动的协调工作。
Assists in coordinating of inter-departmental
social activities and associate award presentations.

Personnel
§ 协助以人本品牌在酒店内各部门的执行。
Supports the implementation of The People
Brand in every department in the hotel.
§ 协助监督所有人力资源部员工的出勤和仪容仪表,确保员工穿着正确的制服并符合酒店和部门的仪表及卫生标准。
Assists to oversee the punctuality and
appearance of all Human Resources associates, making sure that they wear the
correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and
hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.
§ 通过合理的培训、辅导,以及/或顾问,提高人力资源部所有员工的工作技巧和效率。
Develops the skills and effectiveness of all
Human Resources associates through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or
mentoring.
§ 确保所有员工了解并遵守酒店、集团和当地的政策法规中有关的消防、危险和安全的制度。
Ensures that associates follow all hotel,
company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard
safety, and security.
§ 及时反馈员工意见调查的结果并确保相关改变得到执行。
Feedback the results of the Employee
Engagement Survey and ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.

Other Duties
§ 了解关于员工及本行业的政策法规。
Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in
associate and industrial relations.
§ 了解并严格执行员工手册中的规章制度,以及和酒店政策相关的消防、卫生、健康和安全的制度。
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules
and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies
concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.
§ 保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
Ensures high standards of personal
presentation and grooming.
§ 与旅游学校和大学保持良好及专业的关系。
Maintains strong, professional relationships
with local schools, hotel schools and universities.
§ 根据行业、公司及酒店的指引,回应对人力资源作用方面变化的需求。
Responds to changes in the Human Resources
function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
§ 根据要求出席酒店和部门的培训和会议。
Attends training sessions and meetings as
and when required.
§ 执行及完成交给的其它工作及责任。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and
responsibilities as assigned.
