对行政酒廊工作的日常例行检查和指导,确保服务的高标准。确保迅速、正确记录与解决客人投诉,避免客人带着不满意离开酒店。必要时征求行政酒廊经理或前厅部经理帮助。 为客人办理快速入住离店结帐手续。查看当日次日到店,离店,贵宾,会员,回头客和特殊的客人的信息并提前做好相应的工作 熟悉贵宾接待程序。熟悉餐饮知识和服务。在行政楼层早餐,下午茶及日落时光时段为客人提供服务。监督管理会议室的预订,确保客人使用时是整洁并摆放好的。 记录收集所有客人地喜好并更新到客人的客史。熟悉贴身管家服务并且为行政楼层贵宾提供贴身管家服务。 直接向行政楼层经理汇报工作,负责行政楼层的日常工作。 分派下級做其他工作 Regularly conduct inspections of all work conducted within the Club Millesime to ensure quality standard are maintained. Ensure that guest complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any guest leaving the hotel dissatisfied. Solicits assistance from Club Millésime Manager or Front Office Manager if needed.Perform check-ins and check-outs promptly and efficiently according to standards. Review Club arrival, departure and next day arrival departure information on a daily basis; VIP, Regular guests, special requests etc. and ensure preparing is accordingly. Familiar with the welcome & C/I procedure of VIP guests. Familiar with food & beverage production knowledge and service. Provide F&B service during operation period for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks.To monitor and handle Club Millésime meeting room reservations and ensure that the rooms are clean and with complete set up before the guests’ scheduled starting time.Note and collect any guests'preferences  and update to guests’ profiles.Familiar with butler service & provides butler service to Club Floor VIP guests. Reporting directly to the Club Millésime Manager, Responsible for assisting Club Millésime manager in the overall day-to-day operations of Club Millésime on duty. Responsible for distributes daily work.

1. 酒店及其区域内保持好个人卫生和仪表的整洁。2.工服着装和仪容仪表符合酒店规定。3.按照程序遵守出勤时间。4.确保布置好早餐自助餐台,下午茶和晚间的日落时光。5.熟悉餐饮知识和服务。在行政楼层早餐下午茶和        晚间的日落时光时段为客人提供服务。6.每班检查行政酒廊当天预抵, 预离客人信息及第二天预抵客人信息,包括贵宾、回头客人、团队的情况以及特别要求。7.任何时候确保备用金充足和准确。8.按照客人的订房要求和喜好以及房间控制的政策分房。准备需要预分配的房间和贵宾预订9.处理客人的留言,传真和邮件,确保上述信息准确、完整、迅速的送达客人。10.熟悉可供兑换的外币以及兑换率以便提供外币兑换服务。11.完全熟悉前台设施设备的保养及操作程序。12.为客人办理快速入住离店结帐手续。13.对客人的要求反应迅速,主动承担责任满足客人的需求。14.通过观察或与其他同事的交流预见客人的需求,提供快速高效以及个性化的服务。15.收集记录所有客人地喜好并更新客人客史。16.完成工作日志,与下一班进行充分的交接,以确保所有信息被清晰传递, 所有客人要求被记录。17.确保“班次报表”和“未完成工作报表”能够得到很好的跟进。18.确保欢迎礼品已放置预抵入住行政楼宾客的房间19.  与客房部协调,确保行政楼层的鲜花保持新鲜。20.提供整理收拾行李,取出整理行礼服务。21.按照大使手册、规章制度来执行日常的工作。22.遵守酒店的工作政策及程序,遵守索菲特的商业行为规范以及大使手册中的条款。23.完成上级交待的其它任务。1.Adhere to the specific hygiene and personal appearance standards in the hotel area2.Adhere to hotel policy regarding uniform and personal presentation3.Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping4.Ensure that buffet breakfasts, afternoon tea and evening drinks are properly set up5.Familiar with food & beverage production knowledge and service, Provides F&B service during operation period for breakfast, afternoontea and evening drinks. 6.Review Club Millesime arrival, departure and next day arrival departure information on a daily basis7.Maintain cash float and accurately handle monies at all times8.Assign the rooms according guest’s request, preference and rooms control policy. Set up pre-registered and VIP reservations Performs room, rate and/or name change9.Convey information and messages to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner10.Be fully conversant and efficient in dealing with foreign currencies and their exchange rates in order to provide foreign exchange services to guests11.Totally familiar with all Front Desk back‑up procedures in the event that any Front Office equipment malfunctions12.Perform check-in and check-out promptly and efficiently according to standards13.Deal with all guest requests promptly, taking personal responsibility to ensure guest satisfaction14.Anticipate guest’s needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates15.Selection and note any guests’ preferences for update to guests’ profiles16.Maintain daily logbook and conduct informative handover to next shift ensuring that all relevant information is passed on clearly and any guest’s request are recorded.17.Ensure that “shift reports” are printed and “Traces” are followed up accordingly18.Ensure that amenities are placed in Club Floor rooms prior to guests’ arrival19.Coordinate with Housekeeping on the set up of        flowers in Club Floor Lounge20.Offer service for packing and unpacking21.Adhere to the provision outlined in the Employee’s Handbook, Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations.22.Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, Sofitel Code of Business Conduct and the hotel’s Associate Handbook.23.Carry out other tasks as directed by the                        supervisors
