岗位职责 1.负责客衣，工服和其它布草的干洗工作。 2.准备工作，按工作程序开启，操作机器设备。 3.按规定的程序与标准做好客衣的检查，分类，洗前去污。干洗和干洗后的补洗工作。 4.掌握干洗机性能。正确使用和掌握保养方法，定期做好设备的维护保养工作。 5.密切注意干洗机工作期间各部门的工作状况，出现故障及时停机报修。 6.定期清理过滤器.蒸馏器.打扫工作区域卫生。 7.对于现的洗衣质量问题，应及时向领班，主管汇报，并做好案例分析，采取适当措施补救。 岗位要求 1.中专以上学历。 2.1年以上洗衣部工作经验。 3.参加过相关专业培训，熟悉本岗位专业知识。

一、基础条件 1. 中专及以上学历，半年以上酒店客房实操经验，持有效健康证。 2. 吃苦耐劳，适应楼层轮班、节假日加班，可现场统筹客房与工服房工作。 二、业务实操能力 1. 精通客房清扫、查房标准，管控客房卫生、布草、客耗品品质，处理污渍、异味等问题，及时上报设施故障。 2. 统筹工服房全流程管理：员工工服收发、分类清洗、缝补、存放、盘点，管控工服损耗，做好领用登记。 3. 规范使用清洁设备、各类清洗剂，每日盘点客房物资、工服库存，合理控耗。 三、班组协助管理 1. 按主管安排分配客房清扫任务，监督员工操作规范，带教新员工实操技能。 2. 同步房态对接前台，处置客房简单客诉，重大问题及时上报。 3. 安排工服房值守分工，规范工服流转流程，保障各岗位员工工装按需供应。 四、职业素养 1. 细心严谨，重视楼层防火、防滑、住客隐私安全管理。 2. 严格遵守酒店物资、财物管理制度，如实填写客房、工服房交接班台账。 3. 执行力强，服从主管各项工作调配。 五、加分项 1. 央企/国资酒店、筹开开荒相关工作经历； 2. 熟悉公区地毯养护、全屋除味作业流程。
