3.监督指导下属员工掌握会议团队的需要并填写好团队订单,为客人提供最为满意的服务。
Supervise subordinate staff in handling meeting group request and order forms in details avoiding miscommunications that guests are served to the most satisfaction.
4.监督所有商业客户活动并保证所有客户档案及追踪系统得到及时更新。

5.通过执行销售拜访计划、对客户拜访及实施计划提出建议,为下属提供指导。
Lead sales subordinate staff by implementing the joint call program and providing guidance and direction on the development and execution of customer interviews and action plans.
1.保持现有客户并发展新的客户,同客户保持良好的商业关系,确认所有的预定单被准确无误地在销售部与预订部之间进行沟通并生效。
Maintain existing business and develop new accounts, maintain good business relationship with all producers, make sure all reservation are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and reservation operation.
2.针对团队,散客,开展电话销售、访问、邮寄等销售活动。
Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business from all sources for bookings and leads.
3.控制通讯名录并保证不断更新, 完成每周的宴请和拜访计划。
Control mailing list and ensure it updated constantly, complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.
4.协助销售总监完成每年销售计划。
Assist the sales director to complete the annual sales plan.
5.熟悉饭店电脑及数据系统的运作和应用程序。
To familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system.
1.按计划定期组织销售拜访。
Organizes regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan.
2.每月制定临时时间表,用以记录上月所有的销售活动或其它相关活动。
Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related activities for the preceding month.
3.以周销售计划为基础,每周前或每周后向销售总监提交一份有关销售拜访概况的报告。
Presents a summary of his/her visits to the Director of Sales and Business Development on a weekly basis (Weekly Sales Plan) prior and after the week is completed.
4.记录自己客户的统计数据。
Records the statistics of his/her sales accounts.
5.每月提交客户客房使用量的总结报告。
Submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on a monthly basis.
6.能够处理销售查询。(酒店宣传册、幻灯片、销售手册和酒店礼品)
