BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
1. Responsible in achieving the room andcatering sales objectives of the hotel.
负责实现酒店的客房和餐饮销售目标。
2. By harmonious communication, buildsbusiness relationship with domestic and international customers base throughsales and customer interviews.
通过与客户的沟通,并与国内外客户建立牢固的合作和商业伙伴关系。
3. Represents and promotes the hotel bymaintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally andinternationally through Customer Relationship Management.
代表酒店通过客户关系管理,与本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的联系并推销酒店。
4. Manages and administers the Cateringand Banquet sales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks arecompleted according to standard and in time.
管理并协助宴会销售部,确保顺畅运作,及时有效地完成每日工作任务。
5. Coordinates with departmentsconcerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meetcustomer expectations.
部门之间协调,确保为客人提供高水准服务,达到其预计希望。

Education
教育背景
University degree or above; major in hotel management, English,marketing or related.
全日制大学本科(含)以上学历;酒店管理、英语、市场营销相关专业。
Experience
经验
Min 2 years experience in similar capacity with internationalchain hotels.
在国际连锁饭店集团担任类似的工作岗位,具有2年以上的经验。

3. Ability to use Sales and Front Officecomputer systems.掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统。
4. Knowledge in Corporate, TravelIndustry, CI & M and Catering sales.了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及宴会销售。
5. Ability and understanding of the market and competition.能够掌握和理解市场和竞争。
6. Ability to conduct training needsanalysis for the department, and prepare effective training plans.具有分析员工不同需要为其制订有效培训计划的能力。
7. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin& English are a must.必须有优秀的中,英文口头表达及书写能力。
8. Good computer skills with minimumrequirement in use of Microsoft Windows 98 or higher, Microsoft Office 97 or higher,Internet and other popular software.良好的电脑技能,至少会使用微软视窗98以上操作系统、微软办公室 97或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件。
