【岗位职责】 1、负责门店前台接待工作，热情接待顾客并引导至相应服务区域； 2、接听顾客咨询电话，解答顾客疑问并做好预约登记； 3、协助管理门店客流，合理安排顾客等候时间，提升服务效率； 4、负责收银及会员卡办理、充值等业务，确保账目清晰准确； 5、维护门店环境卫生及前台区域整洁，确保良好的顾客体验； 6、协助店长完成日常报表统计及数据录入工作； 7、处理顾客投诉及反馈，及时上报并跟进解决； 8、配合团队完成门店其他临时性工作。 【岗位要求】 1、年龄19-20岁，形象气质佳，亲和力强； 2、具备良好的沟通能力与服务意识，能耐心解答顾客问题； 3、工作细致认真，责任心强，能适应快节奏工作环境； 4、具备基础电脑操作能力，能熟练使用办公软件； 5、有团队协作精神，服从工作安排； 6、有美业或服务行业经验者优先，无经验可培训上岗。

About the role: 关于职位： Provide professional service for any guest (male or female) including benefits, indications & contraindications. Organize and schedule all guests booking.
