Job Description:
1. 准备、整理,递交各类需要签字的日常文件
Composes, prepares routine correspondence Signature.
2. 按指示准备、整合及分发各种报告及文档
Prepares, assembles and distributes various reports and
documents as compiled.
3. 接听办公室来电及接待办公室访客,根据实际
情况按照要求进行中英文的笔译及口译工作
Organizes daily incoming correspondence, makes
preliminary assessment and handles/responds as
appropriate, prepares simple interpretation of
documents/correspondence (English/Chinese)
if requisite.
4. 为行政办公室接听或屏蔽来电或来访,接收相
关信息并及时准备地传达给相应的负责人处理。
Receives and screens all incoming telephone calls and
visitors to the Executive Office, provides/receives
information or refers the matter to the proper persons
to handle.
5. 按照上级的安排完成其他相关工作
Performs other duties related to the function as assigned by superiors.

3. Bachelor's degree and above with overseas studying.
