Key Responsibilities
Cyber Security & Compliance
Support the hotel’s cyber security operations
by following security policies and procedures. Execute tasks and follow up
on remediation action
Assist in the implementation and enforcement
of MOHG compliance regulations
Assist in IT security operations and
compliance activities.
Support IT projects, upgrades, and vendor
coordination.
Assist in completing asset management.
Service Management & Documentation
Log and track incidents in the IT service
management system.
Handle departmental documents and information and fulfill documentation requests from the hotel’s IT teams.
IT Operations & Support
Assist hotel IT Manager to provide Audio-Visual support for
meetings and events.
Assist hotel IT Manager to perform routine system maintenance and
preventive maintenance tasks.
Support daily IT operations under the
guidance of the IT Manager.
Assist hotel IT Manager to provide first-line IT support to hotel
colleagues and second-line IT support to guests.
On 24 hours stand-by in times of
operations needs.
Core Competencies
The position will require the following core competencies:
Personal Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree above in Auditing, Compliance and Risk Management,
Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
· Fluency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing (highly preferred).
· Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and a logical, structured approach to work.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be a significant advantage.

Technical Skills & Competencies
Compliance, Security & Risk Awareness (Priority).
Strong understanding of IT security
controls, operational compliance, and corporate policies.
Experience supporting internal
audits, security reviews, and remediation actions.
Awareness of data protection, system
access control, and risk‑based operations.
IT Operations & Technical Skills
Desktop and laptop support in
enterprise environments.
Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi) and on‑site infrastructure support.
End‑user systems, enterprise applications, and peripheral devices.
Audio‑Visual and event technology support for meetings and business activities.
Strong troubleshooting capability; able to prioritize incidents under operational pressure.
Experience
· 2 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, system administration, or hotel IT operations (Preferred).
· Experience supporting both internal users and customer‑facing technology environments.
· Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or 24x7 operational environments is an advantage.
