1、负责餐厅日常服务工作，包括餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作； 2、按照服务标准为客人提供优质的餐饮服务，确保顾客用餐体验； 3、熟悉菜单内容，能够为客人推荐菜品并解答相关咨询； 4、保持餐厅环境整洁，餐具摆放规范，维护良好的卫生标准； 5、协助处理客人投诉及突发情况，及时反馈并跟进解决； 6、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
