1、掌握工程的管理要求，主要负责分管工程的进度、质量、安全文明的把控。 2、负责熟悉各专业设计文件及图纸要求，完成本专业技术、质量管理工作。 3、根据实际工期要求，监督施工现场达到工期要求，确保关键进度节点的按计划完成。 4、严格按公司要求检查施工单位、监理单位对工程质量的验收及测量工作，直接参与工序交底、 样板工程的实施、实查实量的验收工作，确保数据的真实性，对专业工程质量负责。对所分管工程的隐蔽工程进行重点把控、检查、 验收，发现并解决问题，做好日常管理中的记录和影像资料留置、存档工作。 5、负责对所分管工程，审核工程签证并对工程量进行复核。做好分管工程各类变更的把控、签证和相关原始状况的实测记录。 6、负责分管工程与其他专业的协调工作，负责对所分管工程监理单位的管理，并考核。 7、负责本专业所涉及的到场材料的检查、验收工作。 任职要求： 1.建筑装饰、工民建、土木工程类相关专业毕业，大专及以上； 2.5年以上大型总包单位或房地产公司精装修工作经验，悉精装施工工艺、现场管理、建筑安全管理，有独立承担并完成过大型商业项目的经验优先； 3.有豪宅精装经验者优先； 4.能适应江苏省内工作调动
