【岗位职责】 1、疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。 2、服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。 3、保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。 4、保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。 5、加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。 6、一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。 7、一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。 【岗位要求】 1、初中以上学历。或退伍军人。 2、处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。 3、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店日常安全保卫工作，制定并执行安全管理制度和应急预案，确保酒店财产及客人安全。 2、监督和指导安保团队，安排值班计划，确保各岗位人员按时到岗并履行职责。 3、定期巡查酒店重点区域（如前台、停车场、机房、仓库等），及时发现并处理安全隐患。 4、处理突发事件（如火灾、盗窃、纠纷等），协调相关部门采取应急措施，并做好记录与上报。 5、配合公安机关、消防部门等外部机构的检查与联络工作，确保酒店符合安全法规要求。 6、组织安保人员进行定期培训，提升团队的专业技能及服务意识。 7、管理安保设备（如监控系统、消防器材等），确保其正常运行并及时维护。 【岗位要求】 1、具备较强的安全防范意识及突发事件处理能力，能冷静应对紧急情况。 2、良好的沟通协调能力，能与酒店各部门及外部单位有效配合。 3、身体健康，能适应倒班工作制（含夜班），责任心强，吃苦耐劳。 4、有酒店安保工作经验者优先，退伍军人可适当放宽条件。 5、熟悉消防、治安等相关法律法规，持有消防设施操作员证或保安员证者优先。 6、无犯罪记录，品行端正，具备团队管理经验者更佳。
