Position Summary职位概述
1. This position is
concerned with organizing and supervising the B.B.Q. items according to the
standards set by the Chinese Chef.
依据中餐厨师长所下达的标准,负责对烧腊部进行运营和管理。
2. To be
responsible for the production of all roasting and barbecue items.
负责烧烤的所有食品。3. To supervise
portion control and presentation of B.B.Q. items.
负责烧腊食品的客重和质量的控制。4. To be responsible for smooth running of Barbecue
Section.负责烧腊部的正常运转
Required Qualifications 必要的资历要求:
1. 3-5years Chinese kitchen experience, with a minimum of 2 years as BBQ Chef.
至少有3至5年中厨房的工作经验,并有至少2年烧腊主厨的经历。
2. Minimum requirements-High school
graduate, Preferred – Completed Technical education in Hospitality or Culinary
school .
高中毕业,最好是专业烹饪学校毕业。
3. Up to
date Sanitation Classes.
更新的卫生课程。
4. Health
Certificate.
