【职位描述】 Job Overview The Design & Planning Director reports to the Regional Vice President – Design Services, Greater China, and is responsible for executing Technical Services within the assigned region while maintaining the integrity of Hyatt’s Design Standards. The Director provides design expertise from early concept development through delivery, and manages external consultants to ensure that design solutions reflect brand positioning, support business objectives, and meet project requirements. A key responsibility of this position is serving as Design Leader for Hyatt Essential Brands in Greater China. The Director leads design direction and execution for Hyatt Essential Brands portfolio, continually optimizing brand design standards and guiding implementation in Greater China market. Success in this role calls for strong insight into the select service hotel market, sound design judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect brand intent, business priorities, and project delivery across Greater China. Key Responsibilities Support the architecture and interior design function for Hyatt Design Services’ Essential segment in Greater China. Support design innovation and optimization of Hyatt Essential Brands in Greater China. Maintain and update Essential Brand design standards and communicate design requirements to Brand and Operations teams. Support owners, consultants, and other stakeholders from the early development stage through design, construction, handover, and opening. Evaluate potential projects through site visits and design reviews to assess feasibility and compliance with brand standards. Support renovation projects by providing design guidelines and advice to operating teams. Oversee consultants’ design processes across multiple projects, protecting owners’ investment while upholding Hyatt’s brand standards and product integrity. Review drawings, plans, and specifications submitted by owners and design consultants, and advise on their alignment with approved designs. Guide owners’ consultants, contractors, and project management teams in implementing Global Design Standards and all brand touchpoints. Produce sketch drawings to communicate with owners and owners’ consultants. Maintain effective communication with Hyatt International Engineering and Technical Services specialists. Qualifications Experience At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry; experience in the select-service segment is preferred. Experience managing owner relationships and working with architecture and interior design consultants. Knowledge of innovation and trends both within and beyond the hospitality industry. Demonstrated ability to drive design innovation and deliver high-quality, commercially viable guest experiences for Hyatt Essential Brands in Greater China. Strong problem-solving skills and creative judgment, with the ability to develop solutions that meet brand and guest expectations while balancing the economic interests of owners and Hyatt. Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage crises, and foster collaboration among owners, consultants, and brand teams, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Ability to lead large, multidisciplinary creative teams across multiple brands and projects simultaneously. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across departments and teams. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and allocate resources effectively. Ability to mentor and support team members, fostering an empowered work environment. Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills. Education Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture or Interior Design Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat A.I tools Data management and AutoCAD systems experience a plus Additional Comments and Requirements Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Willing and able to travel extensively throughout Greater China.

【岗位职责】 1、负责游艇会所辖区域（包括但不限于办公室、走廊、洗手间、更衣室、办公区域及室外公共区域、沙滩等地）的日常清洁保洁工作，确保环境整洁、无杂物、无污渍。 2、按标准执行每日清扫、拖洗、擦拭、垃圾收集与分类处理，及时补充洗手间纸巾、洗手液等消耗品。 3、对游艇码头周边、景观绿化带及停车场等开放区域进行定期巡检清扫，保持整体视觉清爽。 4、正确使用和保管各类清洁工具、设备及清洁剂，定期维护保养，发现损坏及时报修或更换。 5、严格遵守公司卫生标准及操作规范，做好清洁记录，配合完成上级安排的临时性保洁任务。 【岗位要求】 1、学历高中及以上，工作经验不限，年龄不限，有保洁或相关服务行业经验者优先考虑。 2、身体健康，能胜任一定强度的体力劳动，无传染性疾病，需提供健康证明。 3、工作认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的服务意识与职业素养，注重个人卫生及仪容仪表。 4、服从管理，沟通顺畅，具备团队协作精神；应聘保洁主管岗位者需具备基本的组织协调能力和现场管理能力。 5、能适应轮班制及节假日排班安排，熟悉各类清洁工具及清洁剂的安全使用方法。 6、品行端正，诚实守信，无不良记录，认同游艇会高端服务标准，愿意维护企业形象。
